my opinion : in one word a wow !!! nd kidu movie......the plot revolves around mathew(nivin) who lost his job following an amusing nd funny bomb blast(lol :D ) in america ...he then lend money frm a money lender vatti raja (simha) who is cruel nd actually funny in nature....the film takes a turn while mathew couldn't give d money at right time to raja following an incident...on the same day his lover jeena(nasriya) takes d most inappropriate decision to go nd live with him when their fathers refuses their realtionship nd some other probs ...all in one day,,,a day that gonna change mathew's life ..................

i went in there after reading d reviews frm d group which is 'just good' in verdict...but for a movie done by newcomers which cast newcomers - it was nothing more than a movie of awesomeness to me.....i luvd it very much....with its brilliant camera, rocking nd energetic music (especially 'pistah' nd d beethoven), perfect cast with every character has it importance in the story one way or another, great story
premise-chennai, its narration of story (some criticised it by saying its slow-paced,,bt i luvd it coz it managed to create some moments more thrilling) , then d humour (congratz to all cast,,,bt worth mentioning is manoj nd shammy tilakan even if they didn't have much screen time)....aarppuvilikondum kaikottikondum audince were cheering at all ultramotion stylished running nd stunt sequences ,,,bt after a while it gets bored..bt its erased by d bgm pistah which makes us 'romancham'.....all d actrs done real justice to their roles,,,, it amazing hw they made a simple usual plot like this to a big nd moreover a thriiling one...nivin is a lot better nd changed (i wish if he become more selective) nd nasriya was also gud...bt d newcomers in the movie were awesome...villain nd co stars were superb....
verdict : its a rocking movie which manages not only to thrill us , bt in a funny nd engaging way by syncing d right amount of humour nd thrills.....i luvd it very much nd never seen a film like this in mtown....congrtz to all

Nazriya pair up with Vikram in Bala's next

Nazriya Nazim young malayali actress pairing up with super star Chiyaan Vikram in Bala's next venture.
Its a big breake for the young talented actress. Nazriya was very lucky to get a chance in her carrier early to work with National award winning actor and director.Its just a movie which only aimed for entertainment with some good comedy and fresh style presentation. The plot is so old as they said before the release. Comic scenes are a treat to watch esp Shammi Thilakan stole the show as "Ookkan Tintu".. ....Also Main villain, Manoj K Jayan really made me laugh. Nivin Pauly done justice to his role. Nasriya looks beautiful, but sadly she had little to do. Direction is Very good. DOP is also superb. Second Half is more racy and entertaining.

Verdict : Timepass Comedy entertainer ( watch it  !!)

After watching the promising promos, trailers & songs, I decided to see this film on FDFS itself.

Neram is just a simple, romantic comedy "thriller" directed by debutant Alphonse Putharen. He done it smartly with a small & predictable plot.

About performances, Nivin Pauly & Nazriya Nazim were fine on their roles. Simha was hilariously terrific in his villain character. Other new faces also done their job neatly. Shammy Thilakan & Manoj K Jayan entertains a lot with their subtle performances.

But the real "+" to the film was Cinematography, by Anend C Chandran & Music by Rajesh Murugesan, both helped a lot in the narration. Editing was fine & there were some flaws in coloring.

Overall, a simple but predictable, small but entertaining film. Its worth to spend 109 mins in theater.
